At Sunco we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality Service and Sales Support possible. Our motto is: "If a customer has a problem, we have a problem until it is fixed. So we make sure it is fixed!"

Another thing unique with Sunco is that when calling between regular business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 Central Time) you'll talk to a real person - not an answering machine. We think that since you personally are contacting us, the least we can do is personally answer the phone. Of course, if you need to contact us before or after hours, leave a message and someone form Sunco will get back to you. Another easy way to reach us is the "Contact Us" section of the Web site. Some companies don't' like direct contact from customers. Not so at Sunco! We welcome customer calls and contact anytime.

Service and Sales Support are not acquired from manuals. It's from having "been there and done that." We feel hands-on training is the best teacher and our staff has over 70 years of combined personal experience with Sunco products.

Heading up the Service Team is Service Manger Steve Gies. Steve will answer your questions or direct you to other service personnel available here at Sunco.

Sales Manager George Witte will help you with any Sales questions of information requests.

Topping it all off with the best warranty in the industry (3 years on Guidance Systems and 1 year in all other products), you will have confidence in doing business with Sunco and any of its many dealers.
